Our average heating bill (Hot water, cloth dryer and furnace) was less than $77 per month. This low cost results from  the Trane 90% Super Efficiency Furnace, Energy Efficient Water Heater and Gas Dryer (stays wit home) , and and the well insulated outer shell of the home. Even though we have a hot tub, a sauna, and a freezer, two fridges and 4 computers and 3 TV's in the home, our average electricity bill is less than $111.
